These terms govern purchases made in the FrostJam online store, operated by Alvaro Benitez Molina (Tax ID 53913811V, Carril de Santa Rosa 4, 29010 Málaga, Spain).

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Images are for guidance; we do our best to show each product accurately.

2. Ordering

Add products to your cart, enter your details and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the methods available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

5. Returns

You have 90 days from delivery to return your order. See our refund policy.

6. Product use

Charge the headband only with a suitable USB charger and take the Bluetooth module out before washing the band. Keep the volume at a level where you can hear traffic and people around you, and don't use it where headphones are not allowed.
